Terms of service.

By electronically making a booking with me or donating towards my private gallery, you agree to the below terms of engagement. If you have any questions, please contact Amira on meetamira@protonmail.com.

Refund policy

Any deposit or private gallery donation is non-refundable. As a security check, you may be asked for a proof of payment on your bank account (e. g. a screenshot) to confirm that you are the cardholder who authorised the transaction and I may ask for a copy of your passport to verify you are of legal age and you are who you claim to be.

Etiquette

My likes and dislikes can be found on the booking page and ‘La Experiencia’ if at any moment during the session I feel my safety is threatened you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Cancelations

You are allowed to re-schedule your appointment once with a minimum of 24 hours notice for UK dates. In the event you can not give me enough notice, the rest of the balance must be paid in full. If you do not pay the remaining balance you will be blocked indefinitely. Furthermore, I will start a legal process for the unpaid invoice if you still do not agree to pay. I have zero tolerance for unpaid short notice cancellations and will go to great lengths to make sure I receive what I am owed.

COVID-19

If I am on a Fly-Me-To-You or Train-Me-To-You and due to unforeseen circumstances I can not travel to you, our date will be re-scheduled free of charge. You are encouraged to take a PCR test before seeing me to avoid me having to quarantine in your city and incur further charges.

Dates
You are engaging me as a companion. The booking is for my time and companionship only. You acknowledge that I am under no obligation of providing sexual services and I do not allow any free extra time over and above the session time you booked with me. Extra time can be agreed upon between us for a further fee as per my hourly rates. Anything that may happen between you and I during our session is between two consenting adults and should I feel that my safety is compromised, I will cancel and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
You must bring a valid driving license or passport and the card used to make this appointment in order to confirm your identity and age.

Data Protection and Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that your personal data will be processed by and on behalf of me as part of the services I provide. I am the owner of all the materials and content I share with you unless I tell you otherwise and you must not share these with anyone else. This includes copying, reproducing, publishing, sharing or selling any of the content about me and our sessions.
